Ingredients:
½ cup peanut butter (I
use crunchy)
½ cup butter or
margarine (I use Pure) (or about 1/3 cup oil)
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup sugar
1 egg
½ tsp salt (if there
is no salt in the peanut butter)
1¼ cup flour
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp bicarbonate of
soda
1 tsp vanilla
¾ cup chocolate chips
Instructions:
1. Cream the butters
and sugars together.
2. Add everything else
except the chocolate chips and mix well.
3. Add the chips and
stir.
4. Drop by teaspoons
or tablespoons onto a lined baking tray.
5. Bake for 10-15
minutes at 190 C.
