Baking Powder Biscuits


I’ve posted a similar recipe before, but here I’ve improved on it and made it vegan.

 

Ingredients:

1 cup flour

1½ tsp baking powder

1 tsp sea salt

1 tbsp oil

¼ - 1/3 cup milk (I used rice milk)

1 tsp sugar or maple syrup, as desired

 

Instructions:

1. Mix all the ingredients together well.

2. Drop by spoonfuls onto a greased baking tray.

3. Bake at 200 C for 12-15 minutes.
